The rate includes:
- the use of the water, electricity, gas
- weekly replacement of bed sheets, towels and beach towels (every Friday morning except the Friday before Saturday departure)

Not included in the rate and separately charged are:

The local tax, of one Euro per day / for each adult, from 18 years old, is not included.
The stay begins on Saturday after 5.00 p.m. and ends on Saturday at 10.00 a.m.
